At Pixi Beauty, we want you to love your glow; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Please note that products must be in their original packaging and only items purchased directly from pixibeauty.com are eligible for return.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your unused beauty products in their original box and include the printed return authorization slip inside the package.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
